This is the story of Mevlânâ Rumi

You set our hearts blazing
Your fire burns eternally

Throughout the muslim community
You made the impossible possible
Whirling dervish
Reaching godliness passionately
You welcomed music dance and poetry

Divine whirling dervish turning intensely
No one in line
Cirkels everyone
Done done destroying resurrecting Atman
Order of the Mevlevi thank Allah for your son

Your bloodline coloured the black white gray
Still we are all humans on this earth eternally whirling away
Still we dispute about it's shape
"Where did the man in black go?"

All this dispute brings you great sorrow be patient
When you wake up to a new reality tomorrow
You will find yourself a new spiritual instructor
And I know finally you will reap what you sow

So one day in the middle age came a man in a black suit
Riding on top of his horse before Rumi he stood
Posed a question
Got his answer good

It was Shams Tebrizi!
Upon this meeting it is said
Rumi was transformed into an ascetic instantly
And so is born the legend of Mevlana Rumi

All the people of Konya city
Began to miss Rumi vehemently
Since him and Tabrizi where unbreakable
This is unbearable ever since he got here that man Tabrizi

Upon hearing this murmuring flew the city
Leaving a broken in pieces Mevlana Rumi
Until the son of Mevlana sought out Shams Tabrizi
Find him and took him back to the city

After some time in the middle of the night
Again Shams Tabrizi disappeared
The question is did he flew again?
Or could it be that this time he was killed?

"Arayıcının yolunda bilgeler cilginlar birdir
Ask yolunda akraba yabanci birdir

"Neyi ve anlattigi hikayeyi dinleyin
Ayrilik nasil da şarkı söylüyor?"

Twelve years a slave of your masterwork Masnavi
Twentyseventhousand lines couplets internal rhymes

I died
To the mineral state became a plant
I died to the vegetal state reached animality
I died to the animal state became a man
Then what should I fear?
I have never become less from dying
Keep rising

"How do you know what sort of king I have within me as companion?"
"Do not cast your glance upon my golden face for I have iron legs
When we are dead
Seek not our tomb in the earth
But find it in the hearts of men"

"Why should I seek? I am the same as He
His essence speaks through me
I have been looking for myself!"
