Don HardRisk - Intruder's Poem Lyrics

Lyrics Intruder's Poem - Don HardRisk

I′m a father
I'm a brother
I′m a friend
I'm just an ordinary
Person
But here's my story
Hello everybody
I am the intruder
I live around on the block
Next to the damn sewer
Once in a while I walk around just tryna endure
The pain that I brought to myself and I became poor
I had a family, I′m sure they really loved me though
And I remember my daughter Jade
I hope she′s grown
She used to run up to me
Whenever I came from work
Like look dad, look what I made
Man I miss that warmth
But it's facts like these
And then it′s days like these
Which makes me wonder
What is the purpose of life
Reminiscing
Man I'm really tired of that
But every deed has a story
And here′s my poetry
I think I'm drowning every single time
I think I′m losing every single time
Intruder's poetry is in my mind
Intruder's poetry is in my mind
I started off like
Anybody else
But anything that is simple
It has it′s complications
The snow white
Started sliding like I′m in ice
I went deeper, started fading away in the ether
In the sewer, my best friend
I start to quiver
Talking to rats my guest's name is doctor rivers
Losing my focus, losing hope
Man I need that needle
It′s like a whistle, peaceful
I need that indoor
Now you can find me knocking at doors
Not expecting anyone to open doing my chores
This is the
Intruder's poetry
Wrote it at the mortuary
See me now and see me then
Reading my obituary
So when I′m caught or when I'm gone
Just remember me
I used to try hard
Tryna find a better me
Sometimes I fantasize intruding a crib
And my own daughter open and she′s starring at me agh
I think I'm drowning every single time
I think I'm losing every single time
Intruder′s poetry is in my mind
Intruder′s poetry is in my mind
