Dear Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank you and I praise you for everything you've
Done or doing and getting ready to do
I thank you for dying for my sins and giving me eternal life with you
I thank you for showing me without a shadow of a doubt that all you said is true

I thank you for your mercy and grace and most of all, just being you
Now give ear to my words, oh Lord
Consider my meditation, hearken to the voice of my cry, my King and my God
For unto thee do I pray and you know I try

Have mercy on me, oh Lord, for I am weak, trapped in this flesh, this wicked and ready
To die, while my spirit is ready to fly
Strengthen me, Father, I know what's at stake and deliver me, oh Lord, for thy mercy's sake
In thee do I put my trust and in your word do I meditate

You are the alpha, omega, author and finisher of my faith
Preserve me, oh God, for on you do I wait
Let your will be done and help me be content in whatsoever state I'm in
Let me not be held captive by sin

Teach me thy paths, show me thy ways, oh Lord, so that through you I can win
Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within
Please change my heart, help me to love
Give me the mind of Christ that by the Holy Ghost comes from above

Give me wisdom so that I can help your people
Give me understanding of your words so your mysteries I can see through
Help me see things by the Spirit, walk in the Spirit and not look at the people
I pray now for my enemies and for all of those who are opposite of a friend to me

Order my steps and lead me where you want me to be
Have mercy on me, oh God, according to thy loving kindness
Wash me completely from my sin and iniquity
Thank you for never leaving me and because you're real do I believe in thee

I don't need a sign, it'd just be a waste of time
Be thou exalted, oh God, above the heavens
Let thy glory be above all the earth
I thank you for all your blessings and in you I found my worth

I thank God in the name of Jesus, lead me not into temptation
And when I mess up, please be patient
Forgive me as I forgive others a lot
Thank you for feeding me and please don't stop

You are and were my source even before I knew you
Thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory forever
