I think you slip from mine sometimes

Cus lately it's been on my mind
Happiness can be hard to find
Hard to heat up when you're ice
Some self respect that would be nice

How am I to deal with this
Finding my happiness
Only the lower I get
Falling back into the pit
How do I get out of it
Boat I keep rocking
And I'm feeling sea sick
