من شمعم شمع شبانه در عالم گشته فسانه

من و شب و پروانه، من و دل دیوانه
به اشک و آتش خرسند، تو حال من کی دانی
که خود نباشی چون من به عشق رویی پابند
اگر چو آتش می سوزم شب ها
چو شمع گریان می سازم شب ها
خوشم که با غم می سازم تنها، وای از هرمان

من در راه محبت پا از سر نشناسم وز آتش نکنم پروا
