Your dad says hey let's go to Virginia Beach
I'm in Boston suffering through another boring hot summer working at the garage
Running off to some fancy university
My mom can't bear to see her baby leave
So she packs us up for one last week together at Virginia Beach

And then as faith has it on our last day at the beach I spot you
I mean I'm in the middle of me playing volleyball with my best friend
But it feels like everyone else disappears
