በሰልፍ ፡ መሃል ፡ በምጥ ፡ ተይዞ
ይደረድራል ፡ በገናን ፡ ይዞ
ክበር ፡ እያለ ፡ ንገሥ ፡ እያለ

ምሥጋና ፡ ሞልቷል ፡ ከከንፈሮቼ

በውይኑ ፡ ሃረግ ፡ ፍሬ ፡ ባይገኝ
ቢሆንም ፡ ባይሆን ፡ አያስጨንቀኝ
ደስ ፡ ይለኛል ፡ በጌታ ፡ ደስ ፡ ይለኛል
ዓይናወጥም ፡ ከቶ ፡ እምነቴ

ይህን ፡ ነው ፡ እንጂ ፡ ጀግና ፡ ሚሉት
አይደነብርም ፡ በሚነግሩት
በሰልፍ ፡ መሃል ፡ በምጥ ፡ ተይዞ
ይደረድራል ፡ በገናን ፡ ይዞ
ክበር ፡ እያለ ፡ ንገሥ ፡ እያለ

የእምነት ፡ አባቶቼ ፡ እንዲህ ፡ መከሩኝ
ሁል ፡ ጊዜ ፡ በጌታ ፡ ተደሰት ፡ አሉኝ
ውህኒ ፡ ቢከቷቸው ፡ የማይመች ፡ ቦታ
መዘመር ፡ ቀጠሉ ፡ ውስጣቸው ፡ ነው ፡ ደስታ

ቢሆንም ፡ ባይሆን ፡ አመስግኑ
መልካም ፡ እንዲሆን ፡ አመስግኑ
