Feel your belly swelling up as much as possible
Thank her for working on your behalf without judgement
Then release slowly
If this is too much just lay it on down honey
Don't shame yourself
Do what you feel
As you take these breaths inhale to 7 for completion
And exhale 8 for new beginnings
Breathing alone is medicine for your lungs
Now set your intention for the day

Now with your last breath let out a loud sigh
Healing isn't cute or sexy honey
So don't worry about how it sounds more concerned with how it feels

Touch your mind
I befriend my mind
Realizing my thoughts come through me they are not of me
Thank you for your brilliance
Your movement and your stillness
Please work with me not against me today
Touch your ears
I will listen to things that benefit me not harm me
I will listen intentionally for my own voice first

Touch your throat
I will speak kindly to myself and others
I will speak my piece in the world

Touch your womb
Thank her for showing up for you
For housing your babies in all forms
Ideas dreams hopes and art
Speak to her aloud not in your mind
