Look at her she was stuck with this affliction
For twelve years couldn′t find no help for her condition
Continuously hemorrhaging flowing from her body every day and night
Spent her life savings on doctors but still no cure in sight
Now by law from Leviticus 15
Because her flow was blood she was considered unclean
Which means if she physically contacted u or me
Until that evening we would share her same lonely scene
But one glorious day news was spreading around
About a man named Jesus and how He was in town
She mustered up some courage made her way through that crowd
And pressed her way to glory with one grip of His gown
Jesus said, "who touched Me? i felt My power flow"
Trembling she bowed down in fear that's when her story was told
Then Jesus spoke a judgment that would soothe her troubled soul,
"Daughter be of good cheer ur faith just made u whole"
That′s poetic justice look at her she heard Jesus came to tyre
She left her house with the intentions to find the Messiah
Her dilemma was dire she had to make something happen
To stop those evil spirits from holding her daughter captive
But there was just one problem she was a canaanite
Since the Exodus they've been enemies of the israelites
Still she cried out for mercy Jesus ain't say a word
Disciples told Him, "dismiss her she starting to get on our nerves"
She cried out even more, "Lord my daughter ain′t well"
Jesus said, "i only came for the lost sheep of israel"
Then she knelt down before Him begging, "Lord help me now"
He told her, "it′s not right to give the children's bread to dogs"
She replied, "that just might be" in front of everyone
"But even the mangy mutts get to eat the master′s crumbs"
Jesus said, "ur faith is great ur wish has been granted"
And her daughter was healed at that moment exactly
That's poetic justice
That′s an example of poetic justice
Look at her she was drug out in the public
They interrupted Jesus to make her the main subject
Even inside the church they showed her no love at all
Taking shots at the wounded judging her downfall
She was caught in adultery yeah she knew she was wrong
And according to law she was supposed to be stoned
Something just wasn't right though what they do with the dude?
They only focused on her like it didn′t take 2
They asked Jesus, "why don't You tell us Your plan?"
He just quietly bent down and started writing in the sand
But they kept on asking further egging Him on
He stood and said, "whoever never sinned throw the 1st stone"
They started dropping their rocks one by one and went home
'Til Jesus the woman and congregation was left alone
He said, "who here condemns u?" "no one" was her reply
Then Jesus looked her dearly and told her, "neither do I"
That′s poetic justice
These were examples of poetic justice
Don′t get it twisted my Jesus is the definition of poetic justice
