As a young man I was proud to serve my country
Even though I made mistakes along the way
Though I'm older if I had the chance to change things

We must always do what God meant us to do

I get angry when I see the people protest
Against our soldiers who fight hard to keep us free
Because they've left behind their family and their loved ones
To fight and sacrifice their lives for you and me

So I pray that she'll keep flying for our freedom
And this pride withing my heart will remain true
