A Special Plan
Abraham was a good man, and God had special plans for him. God wanted
Abraham to move to a new land, and instructed him to pack all his
Things, get his family ready, and go to the new land. So he did. He
Took his wife, Sarah, his nephew, Lot, and all their helpers
With him. Then a problem started. Abraham's helpers and Lot's
Helpers were always arguing. So Abraham said, "Let's stop fighting
You and your helpers pick a part of the land, and I will pick
A part of the land." Lot chose first, and he picked the best
Land for himself. It had an abundance of grass and water for
His animals. Abraham set up tents and moved his family near the
Big trees at the Hebron. God came to Abraham and promised, "You
Will have so many children and grandchildren that they will be
Too many to count. And all the land that you see will be yours."
